Kaima's Mission Statment
Kaima Hukuk, a non-profit educational farm in Israel’s far-flung lower Galilee, improves opportunities for Israeli teens and young adults and directly involves the larger community in the process.
We are a proud member of the Kaima Educational Farming Network, which uses the tool of agricultural employment, the power of nature, and inspiration from the community to reengage the young person seeking educational and social frameworks.
Our Environmental and Social Ecosystem
KAIMA’S SALARIED FARMING TEAM INCLUDES both professional farmers and YOUNG PEOPLE SEEKING ALTERNATIVE EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL FRAMEWORKS. On the farm, these young people gain rENEWED PURPOSE and rECEIVE A FAIR SALARY FOR THEIR WORK.
KAIMA’S PRODUCE IS GROWN WITHOUT PESTICIDES and is harvested within hours of making its way from our farm to your table. our baskets include only seasonal crops we raise ourselves. these practices reduce environmental stress and encourage sustainable farming.
